The first semi-final resulted in Team 4 skipped by Jack Pearson beating Team 1 skipped by Malcolm Gauld by 11 shots to 6. Malcolm reports that the luck was not with him!
The second semi-final resulted in Team 6 skipped by Gerry McCormack beating Team 3 skipped by Bill Chalmers by 8 shots to 4. Bill got off to a good start, then Gerry got going and didn't relent thereafter.
The Final is on Monday 6th April, 6.00pm at Greenacres.
Skips are responsible for making sure they have a full team out on the night. If the final is peeled after the last end, determined by the bell, the skips will each draw a shot to the head, sweeping your own stone is allowed but not that of your opponent. Nearest the middle wins.
